Submission Guideline
APIMRJ publishes original research, review papers, research paper, research
article, case studies, reports, book reviews. Researchers from industry as well as
the academic area are invited to submit their unpublished and original manuscripts,
which are not under review in any other journal or books.
As part of the submission process, researchers are required to check off their
submission’s ethical guidelines
The Work is my/our original contribution and has not been
plagiarized/copied from any source/individual.
The manuscript submitted only to APIMRJ and it has not been
previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication in a
copyrighted publication.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
I/We hereby authorize you to edit, modify and make changes in the
Manuscripts/Research paper to make it suitable for publication in
APIMRJ Journal.

Manuscript Preparation and submission format
All manuscripts must be submitted through the Email to the editor atapimrjournal@gmail.com
The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format.
1. Language
The language of the manuscript must be in English/Hindi.
Manuscript will be composed in both Hindi (Font-Unicode/Mangal, Size-12 Point,
Line Spacing- 1.15) and English (Font- Times New Roman, Size-12 Point, Line
Spacing- 1.15).
2. Length of paper
The length of the paper should not exceed ten pages. Words limit 2500-4000
words.
Articles should be typed in single-space (including footnotes and references)
3. Title Page
Title page is a separated page before the text. It should include the following
information:
Author’s names and affiliations
Please indicate the given Full name clearly. Write the authors’ affiliation addresses
(where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a
lower-case superscript letter after the author’s name. Provide the full postal address
of each affiliation, including the country, the e-mail address, and phone number of
each author.
4. Abstract
A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length of 250 words). The
abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the results and major
conclusions. An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be
able to stand alone. References should therefore be avoided, but if essential, they
must be cited in full, without reference to the reference list.
5. Keywords
After the abstract, provide a maximum of Five keywords, avoiding general and
plural terms and multiple concepts.
6. Subdivision of the Research article
Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should
be numbered 1, (then 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.2), 1.2, etc. The abstract is not included in
section numbering.
7. Table and Figures
Present tables and figures Clearly.
8. Bibliography/References
Author(s) should follow the latest edition of APA style in referencing.
Please note that avoid the footnote. Use clearly end note.
Bibliography
References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted
chronologically.
